Our fHiiT classes are designed to be a fun, challenging overall body workout combining strength, endurance and flexibility exercises. Using a combination of your own body weight, slam balls, battle ropes, medicine balls and anything else you can push off of, pull up on, or step onto; each class can be modified to any fitness level.

Kate McDonald received her B.S. in Exercise and Sports Science from Colorado State University. For more than 29 years she has trained in New York City, Southern California and currently Colorado, helping others set and reach their personal fitness goals. Kate was a marathon coach with the LLS’s Team-in-Training for 4 years, helping people cross the finish line in races around the world. She has completed 7 marathons, the Canadian Ironman triathlon and loves to push herself in distance races. Kate has a genuine passion for people and loves motivating others to be as healthy, strong and fit as they can be.
I started taking classes with Kate about two years ago and I can honestly say that her classes are the only group fitness classes that I have stuck with consistently! Kate is a very skilled and experienced instructor who knows how to modify exercises to accommodate injuries and limitations and to keep everyone safe, while getting the most effective workout possible. She has been doing this work for over two decades and in addition to really knowing her stuff, she is a genuinely kind and compassionate person who truly cares about every one of her clients. And, she's super high energy and hysterically funny, to boot!
